Is the watch waterproof?
The watch has a water resistance rating of IP67, meaning that it is splashproof but is not recommended for swimming or watersports.
Does the watch support Google play?
The Qwatch app can be downloaded from the Google Play store.
Does it have GPS or can it be linked with external apps e.g Strava, or equipment?
The watch will track your distance whilst in workout mode, however it does not have a GPS, connect to external apps such as Strava or any external equipment such as chest straps.
Can I answer calls from my watch?
You cannot answer calls from your watch however you will get messages, email and social media notifications, such as Whatsapp, right to your wrist.
What materials is the watch made from?
The case is made from ion-plated alloy and the strap is stainless steel.
What is the size of the case and strap?
The case is 42mm wide and the strap is 20mm wide.
Can you change the strap?
The strap on your smartwatch is changeable and you can find extra straps here: LINK. When buying another strap, please make sure that you have the right size and strap type for your product.
Can I get a replacement screen protector or charging lead?
If you are in need of a replacement screen protector or charging lead, please contact our customer service team via the contact form on our contact page. Replacement items may come at an extra charge unless the product was faulty.
Can you use Google Pay or contactless payment methods?
The watch does not support contactless payment methods at this time.

All watches will be delivered in a recyclable clear plastic bag, inside our new branded Sekonda watch pouch and protected with a recyclable outer postage box. The pouch is a perfect for preventing your watch from being damaged and won't take up lots of room in your jewellery draw, bag or suitcase if you're travelling.



If you purchase a premium watch roll gift box (£9.99 when purchased with a watch), this will replace the pouch. Our luxury gift boxes are the perfect keepsake item and can be reused, doubling as a jewellery box or even travel case. Both gift boxes are then placed in a branded card box and delivered in recyclable outer packaging.
