Standard delivery uses Royal Mail 48 hour tracked, takes 3-5 working days, and is free on orders over £20 to UK postcodes*.

Next day delivery uses Royal Mail 24 hour tracked and is £5.99. Order before 2pm Monday - Thursday to receive your order the next working day to UK postcodes*. This excludes bank holidays.

We also offer a guaranteed before 1pm next day delivery service for £9.99. Order before 2pm Monday - Thursday to receive your order the next working day before 1pm to UK postcodes*. This excludes bank holidays.

For orders placed between 31/10/24 and 25/12/24, you have until 31/01/25 to return your order to us for a full refund. Orders placed after or before this time will have 28 days to make their return.

If you purchase a premium watch roll gift box (£9.99 when purchased with a watch), this will replace the pouch. Our luxury gift boxes are the perfect keepsake item and can be reused, doubling as a jewellery box or even travel case. Both gift boxes are then placed in a branded card box and delivered in recyclable outer packaging.

Every Sekonda watch comes with a standard 2 year guarantee and can be returned within a 28 day period.
